Our litigation and trial practice extends into the commercial and corporate realm. We have handled complex cases involving minority shareholder rights, construction defects, failed business deals, insurance coverage disputes, legal malpractice and multinational commercial supply agreements. The firm and its lawyers also advise and assist clients in setting up, acquiring, financing and selling businesses. We have been counsel of record in transactions involving a power plant, a landfill, a commercial peat bog, an elderly housing complex, a local mall, radio station, funeral home, a white water rafting company, and the largest bark mulch facility in the northeast. We have advised many entrepreneurs and assisted them in the formation of corporations and Limited Liability Companies, many of which we continue to represent. We have represented clients, including national financial services corporations in state and bankruptcy courts, and in secured financing matters.
