Gilbert & Greif has advised many entrepreneurs and assisted them in the formation of corporations and Limited Liability Companies, many of which we continue to represent as commercial registered agent and corporate counsel. We have represented clients including national financial services corporations in state, federal and bankruptcy courts, and in secured financing matters.
